you're joining a cycle of the catalyst game — a 30-day guided experience within the consciously connected community, played in a small private room of no more than seven people. the map has seven domains of intentional living; each cycle travels as many of them as a small group can genuinely move through, one weekday move at a time, delivered through the group channel.
the specific cycle you're joining, its start date, and the domains it covers are shown on the purchase page and confirmed in your welcome message. you'll receive the operator's manual before day one and the daily prompts as the cycle unfolds.
your seat is confirmed when payment is complete. the fee covers one cycle — the full 30-day arc, the operator's manual, the guest expert window, and the cycle's group channel for its duration.
because a cycle runs as a small group with a fixed start, refunds are available up to 48 hours before your cycle begins. after the cycle opens, the fee is non-refundable, since the materials and the room are delivered from day one. if something serious comes up, reach out — you'll be treated fairly, and moving your seat to a later cycle is usually possible.
occasionally, after you've joined the room, it becomes clear the game isn't the right fit for where you are. if that happens, we'll say so plainly and offer a refund, a seat in a later cycle, or credit toward other studio work — your choice.
what's shared in the room — reflections, experiences, personal details, anything another player brings — stays in the room. do not screenshot, forward, or repeat it outside the group without that person's explicit permission. this includes anything the guest expert shares during their window, and it continues to apply in the community after your cycle closes.
this isn't a soft ask. it's the condition that makes honest work possible. treating it as binding is part of joining.
the frameworks, prompts, structure, scoring, and written content of the catalyst game — including the operator's manual — are the proprietary intellectual property of the people's cto and cielo studio. they're licensed to you for your own personal use during and after your cycle.
please don't copy, redistribute, republish, resell, or repackage them — in whole or in part, in any format — or use them to run your own version of the experience. the work is yours to live; it isn't yours to reproduce.
your private journaling is always yours — it lives with you, not with us. separately, the anonymized patterns of how players move through a cycle (ratings, pacing, what lands) help us improve the methodology and shape the tools we're building.
we will never attach your name to anything public, sell your personal information, or share your individual reflections outside the room without asking you directly and getting a clear yes. if we'd ever like to quote something you shared — as a testimonial, say — we ask you first, every time, and you choose how you're credited.
by joining, you confirm you're 18 or older. the catalyst game is built for adults doing adult inner work, and some of it goes deep.
the catalyst game is a wellness and intentional-living practice — not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for either. nothing here is medical, psychological, or professional advice. your guide is not a therapist or a clinician. if you're working with one, keep working with them; this sits alongside that care, never in place of it.
some of this work goes to tender places. if something heavy surfaces, or you're going through a genuine crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional or a crisis line in your area — this room isn't a crisis service, and you deserve real support. and you can always message the guide directly if you need to step out, slow down, or just say something privately. you won't be a burden.
everyone's experience is different, and that's expected. you're responsible for your own wellbeing and choices throughout.
this is a room where we witness each other, not police each other. we reflect what we notice in ourselves — not what we think we've caught in someone else. arrive when you arrive; the space is asynchronous by design and no one owes a real-time reply. after the opening session, nothing you work on has to be shared with the group.
grace over performance, always. there's no way to fall behind — only to step back in. the guide may ask someone to leave the room if their presence makes it unsafe or unworkable for others; that's rare, and it's a last resort.
partway through a cycle, a guest joins the room for a short window to answer questions in their field. who they are is revealed when they arrive. what they share is theirs, offered in good faith, and covered by the same confidentiality as everything else in the room. it isn't professional advice to you personally, and they're not responsible for what you do with it.
when your 30 days close, the room stays open to you and you join the wider consciously connected community. the same confidentiality and the same way of treating each other apply there. the community is offered as a courtesy; its format, platform, and availability may change, and it isn't part of what the cycle fee purchases.
you're free to step away at any point, no explanation needed. (see the payment terms above for how refunds work once a cycle has started.) leaving the room is always your call.
these terms apply to every cycle of the catalyst game. we may update them between cycles; the version in effect when you purchase is the one that applies to your cycle, and the date at the bottom of this page tells you which version you're reading. save a copy if you'd like one.
