a 30-day guided program in a small group. one step a day, not a lecture a day. A guided descent and return, taken together, one day at a time. a 30-day loop with rules, state, and a score. not a course. a game.
The Catalyst Game is a 30-day guided program, built like a game, played in a small private room of no more than seven people. Each weekday one prompt arrives and you make one small move — minutes, not hours. The structure borrows from games on purpose: domains you travel in order, save points where you score yourself and see the number move, a mid-cycle guest drop, and a manual that tells you the rules before day one.
You don't do it alone and you don't do it without a manual. Weekends are a pause. Nothing you work on is required to be shared with the room after the opening session.
Every prompt is slightly different from what I'm used to. It's refreshing.— Patty, HeartAura · played the alpha cycle
The structure does the heavy lifting. You do the showing up.
One prompt lands in the room each morning. Small, specific, doable before the day gets loud.
Every few days the room moves to a new domain. You rate yourself and watch the number change.
No moves on weekends. Integration is part of the game, not a break from it.
A prompt in the style of the game — not one from the manual, so the map stays intact. You can do this one right now.
day 04 · stage one
Open your phone. Count the apps that sent you a notification yesterday that you didn't ask for.
Turn off one. Just one. Not the important ones — the loud one.
Reply with the number you counted. That's the whole move. ⏱ about 4 minutes.
11. killed the shopping app. didn't know it could do that.
💾 saved. see you tomorrow.
That's a day. The prompts change stage every few days, and the moves get a little deeper as the group does. Nothing you reply is required — the room is optional; the move isn't.
This game became an unexpected daily grounding ritual for me. I found myself bringing the journal to work, walking taller, and moving through my days with a steadier sense of direction. It didn't just entertain me; it changed the way I inhabit my life.— Dee · played the beta cycle
You start at the beginning. Each cycle goes as far as real people can go at a real pace.
Scored on day 1. Scored again on day 30. The full map arrives with your manual, once you're in. The doors past three are held for the players who reach them.

Twenty years inside enterprise technology — The Home Depot, Amazon, Macy's. Then a multi-year sabbatical, and a turning point of her own that changed what she wanted to build. She founded Cielo Studio to help people bring their inner world and their digital world into balance, and has spent the past five months doing exactly that, one person at a time. Not a therapist, not a guru — a technologist who went through her own turning point and built a way through it. Twenty years building inside enterprise technology. Then a multi-year sabbatical, an awakening she didn't plan, and experiences she still doesn't fully explain. What came out of it was a clear calling: to sit beside people at their own threshold, as someone who understands both the inner world and the systems shaping it. Not a therapist, not a guru — a technomancer. What she brings is rarer — a deep understanding of technology, a deep understanding of self, and real care for whoever is in front of her. 20 years inside enterprise systems: The Home Depot, Amazon, Macy's. Then a multi-year sabbatical and a hard reset she didn't schedule. She came back with a different spec: help people bring their inner system and their digital system into alignment. you work on your own things alongside a handful of others doing the same. nobody performs. nobody's alone.

I had always avoided computer games. When CeCe suggested a game, I wasn't interested — until she explained what it really was: creating your vision, and pulling it into reality a little every day.— HeartAura · alpha
It offers an opportunity to reset with intention and build a stronger, more aligned foundation — one thoughtful step at a time.— Kristin · alpha
